What You'll Achieve.
Support the origination, structuring, execution, and ongoing management of structured lending transactions that form an essential part of Kroo’s growth strategy; Building and maintaining a high quality opportunity pipeline; Supporting optimisation of structure, pricing, and capital efficiency; Ensuring robust articulation of risk and mitigants; Ensuring commercial intent and credit approvals are accurately reflected; Ensure smooth execution; Escalate emerging risks in line with governance expectations and risk appetite; Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio monitoring, credit processes, and management information

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, 3+ years’ experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance, or corporate banking within the UK market, Experience preparing credit papers for UK bank credit committees, Familiarity with PRA and FCA regulatory frameworks, including capital considerations, Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel, including cash flow modelling, sensitivities, covenant modelling, and stress testing, credit analysis skills, and use of credit analysis tools and techniques, including financial statement analysis, business plan review, and assessment of repayment capacity, prepayment and default risk, Ability to produce high quality credit papers for ExCo, Credit Committee, and Board level audiences, experience and understanding of asset backed finance dynamics and secured lending structures, including portfolio purchases and forward flow arrangements, Working knowledge of risk weighted assets, capital impact, and risk adjusted return measures (RWAs, RAROC, ROE, NIM), understanding of structured finance documentation standards and ability to support negotiation of facility agreements with legal counsel, Ability to coordinate execution and completion mechanics across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury, including CP tracking and funding processes, Portfolio management skills, including covenant compliance monitoring, annual reviews, early warning identification, escalation, and accurate internal reporting, stakeholder management and communication skills, with clear and concise written and verbal output, High ownership mindset with integrity and diligence, able to operate effectively in a lean team with attention to detail and governance awareness, Proficiency in PowerPoint

Prepare indicative terms and commercial proposals

and Board level review
Coordinate and support detailed borrower
and originator due diligence
Analyse financial statements
collateral performance
and cash flow forecasts
and monitor key risks
Support negotiation of facility agreements and transaction documentation
Coordinate completion mechanics
Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance
Conduct annual reviews and credit re assessments
Maintain accurate reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio monitoring
and management information
