What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in real estate, investment management, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or a comparable cross-functional role with direct senior stakeholder exposure, Undergraduate degree, Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build a defensible fact base, and deliver executive-ready outputs in PowerPoint and Excel, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership, Sound commercial and operational judgment with a proactive, problem-solving able to anticipate risks and downstream implications, organizational and project management skills to effectively track and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Proven ability to deliver through influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization
Nice to Have
MBA or similar graduate degree, Genuine interest in AI and technology transformation, and a track record of applying new tools to improve how work gets done, Experience supporting or building FP&A, financial planning, or business planning processes a plus, Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with M365 tools a plus

Lead annual Business Planning process
Partner with technology organization
Support workforce planning efforts
Spearhead APB-wide initiatives
Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives
Structure and solve business problems
Craft executive narratives
Build and maintain financial models
Coordinate work across investment teams
Identify and implement process improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner directly with APB's most senior leaders; Serve in a chief-of-staff capacity to Head of Americas and Head of US Investments; Partner closely with Greystar's technology organization; Serve as a bridge between investment business and tech teams; Coordinate global staffing initiatives; Partner with Greystar's India-based team; Coordinate inputs across the platform; Coordinate work across investment teams and partner functions; Remove roadblocks and maintain momentum on key programs
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations; Craft compelling executive narratives; briefing materials; talking points; translate complex topics into crisp, stakeholder-ready messaging
