Must Have
Graduate in 2027 with a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e. g. SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight), If you know how to build models or write code, that’s awesome. If not, don’t worry as long as you have an interest in and aptitude for learning it., Experience in analytical problem-solving.

Performing diligent monitoring to understand emerging fraud trends and propose actions
Developing strategies to test and scale new financial product offerings
Conducting market & customer research
Coupling insights with internal data modeling to propose new solutions
Working with process and technology experts to get new products in the hands of customers
Iterating upon offerings based on consumer reception
Developing and applying analytical rigour

Bringing strategies to life from conception and analytical business case building to in-market delivery
Measuring impact through testing and monitoring
