What You'll Achieve.
Drive lead generation programs, processes, and systems; Execute enterprise demand generation strategy; Generate qualified pipeline; Set up business meetings/calls; Provide recommendations on program and campaign investments; Deliver weekly campaign performance briefs; Provide regular database health checks; Ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of campaigns
Industry & Context.
Comfortable working in the US shift timings of 5:30 PM to 2 AM
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in generating leads through cold calling, emailing in the US market, communication and interpersonal skills, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Own lead generation & management process
Drive outbound prospecting
Coordinate with prospects and frontend team
Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements
Track full-funnel lead metrics
and report campaign performance
Drive data capture and management
Partner with product marketing
Run multi-channel campaigns
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work hand in hand with the Growth Marketing team; Work closely with other teams within the marketing; Coordinate with the prospects and the frontend team; Work collaboratively with Sales Team; Partner closely with product marketing and campaign management teams
