Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real-time, manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals, Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position, such as Assistant Manager or equivalent, demonstrated key holder responsibilities, team development skills, Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, carry up to 20 pounds
