That's where you come in! * REQUIREMENTS: * Total experience 4+ years * Hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, including Talent and Performance. * Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities. * Experience in functional solutioning, gathering business requirements, and translating them into Workday configurations. * Experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, or Integration Testing. * Familiarity with change management and user training strategies * Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously using Agile methodologies. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex functional and system-related issues. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users. * Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities. * Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and process improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements * Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers * Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements * Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation * Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the ap
