Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Staffing Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions Develop and maintain Workday reports and BIRT reports to support business and operational needs Configure and support Workday business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices Manage Workday security roles, domains, and access configurations to ensure compliance and system integrity Troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy Support release management, system testing, production support, and ITSM processes including incident and change management Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of Workday solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 4 plus years of experience working with Workday HCM in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation Solid functional knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, ATS, LMS, and Talent Management Experience in Workday Business Process configuration and support Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and BIRT report development Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration Good understanding of ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a global environment with overlap across US/UK time zones (preferred sc
