REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 4+ years * Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM. * Strong experience in Workday integration development and support. * Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation * Experience with Workday Business Process configuration and support. * Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT report development * Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration. * Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools. * Workday Certification is preferred. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours. * Preferred work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting. * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across enterprise systems. * Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transfor
