Total Experience 4+ years, hands-on experience in Workday HCM Technical with Integration, expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio), Experience in Workday Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT), Solid understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF), Working knowledge of Workday security roles and profiles, Exposure to HCM modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting/ATS, LMS, and Employee Management, Familiarity with integration concepts (XML, XSLT, web services, APIs), Experience working with ITSM tools/processes, analytical and problem-solving skills, Good communication and stakeholder management abilities, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
