Must Have
Total experience 4+ Years, hands-on experience in Workday Technical with Integration, expertise in Workday Financials, Proven experience with: Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio), Report development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT), Business Process configurations, Working knowledge of Workday security and access control, Familiarity with integration tools and data transformation techniques, Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems, communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work in US overlap shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST), Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Exposure to additional modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, or LMS, Workday Certification
What You'll Do.

Build and support integrations using: EIB (inbound/outbound

Workday Studio and Document Transformation
and maintain Workday reports including advanced and BIRT reports
Configure and manage Business Process Framework (BPF)
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations and reports
Upload and manage system content (e. g.
onboarding templates)
Troubleshoot integration and system issues
