Designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines., Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs., Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices., Updated on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations., Apply Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations., Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs., Passionate about building great solutions., Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery., Understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
What You'll Do.
Designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
Writing and reviewing great quality code.
Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs.
Addressing functional and technical queries.
Recommending optimal solution approaches.
Mentoring junior developers.
Supporting the planning and design of new solutions.
Envisioning the overall solution.
Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
Enabling application development.
Leading/supporting UAT and production roll outs.
understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort.
Addressing issues promptly.
Delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.

REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience: 4.5+ years * Should play a key role in designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines. * Should be able to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs. * Should possess strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices. * Should be updated on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations. * Should apply Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations. * Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs * Should be passionate about building great solutions * Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery * Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
