The role involves handling critical payment operations activities including disputes, reconciliation, settlements, reporting, and operational monitoring to ensure smooth day-to-day program execution. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fintech/payments environment. ## Responsibilities Dispute Operations: Handle dispute processing activities across chargeback lifecycle stages Monitor dispute queues and ensure SLA adherence Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution tracking Maintain dispute reports and operational trackers Settlement & Reconciliation: Perform daily settlement reconciliation activities Validate settlement reports
