Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends, Required to climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science or Business, 1-2 years’ successful spine sales experience preferred, other healthcare related sales and or business to business sales experience, Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence, Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends, understanding of spinal anatomy, Ability to make sales presentations with positive results
Nice to Have
1-2 years’ successful spine sales experience
What You'll Do.
Work with Spine Territory Manager
Limited sales responsibilities
Represent the company
Gain and increase product knowledge
Attend surgeries/operating room visits
Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls
Develop and increase customer base
Enhance Globus product market share
Provide feedback on product development
Maintain conduct aligned with quality policy
Protect confidentiality of proprietary information
Stay current with compliance training
Adhere to company Code of Conduct
Ensure compliance with governmental laws
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work together with the Spine Territory Manager; Field ride along with the Area Director and Spine Territory Manager; Partnering with researchers and educators; Working together, anything is possible; Value every person on our team; Treat each other with respect; Accountable to one another; Support each other
