Process employee lifecycle changes
Maintain accurate records of employee interactions
Support internal employees on HR policies
Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee requests
Coach and train new team members
Ensure adherence to European labor laws
Maintain accurate documentation
Support internal and external audits
Identify inefficiencies in HR service delivery
Propose solutions for process enhancements
Support implementation of process enhancements
Work closely with other HR teams
