What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in IT service implementation, technical consulting, or project management, General knowledge of programming languages, REST Webservices, and ETL (Extract Load and Transform) data migration, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Experience working with Support, QA, and Product teams, BAS degree (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
Fluent in French and/or Spanish, Previous experience within the E-Learning or Learning Management (LMS) industry, Experience specifically working with clients in the "Mid-Market" space
What You'll Do.
Manage multiple concurrent projects for customers across different countries
Partner with customers to identify and document key Success Criteria
Develop and monitor comprehensive implementation schedules
and technical integration projects
Facilitate and configure functional/technical specifications that align perfectly with a client’s unique enhancement and integration requirements
and communicate project risks both internally and externally
Document and share project activities across Customer Success departments
Ensure all projects stay within utilization and budget targets while maintaining impeccable project documentation
