Experience leveraging AI, 1-2 years Solution Consulting, Familiarity with project and portfolio management concepts, Ability to listen to customer requirements, Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, Eagerness to develop deep expertise, Proactive and self-directed, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, Proven ability to manage commitments
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, Experience in IT governance, Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks, Experience with PMO environments, Experience with enterprise architecture practices, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, PMP certification, SPM/EA-related certifications

Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives
Partner with sales team
Qualify customer needs
Participate across sales lifecycle
Acquire new customers
Demonstrate the product
Generate product demo scripts
Maintain demonstration environment
Scope Proof of Concept engagements
Deliver Proof of Value engagements
Respond to RFI/RFP documents
Stay current on product developments
Deliver tailored demos
Build and maintain demo environments
Stay current on competitive analyses
Understand product differentiators
Understand business problems

Act as subject matter expert
