Full Job Description
_We’re looking for an_ _ Associate Software Technical Analyst_ _ to join our _ _Segment Tech - GWAM Production services_ _ team at _ _MBPS_ _. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, meeting SLAs, and delivering high-quality application support while contributing to team training, documentation, and operational excellence. _ _Have the skills and knowledge for the job? Learn more about the opening below!_ **Position Responsibilities:** * Perform analysis and troubleshooting by coordinating with L2 Support to resolve application issues. * Conduct/attend knowledge transfer, shadow training, and reverse shadow training if needed. * Generate and monitor and provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to business managers. * Perform Ad Hoc tasks and fulfill special projects assigned by Onshore and Offshore Leads. * Identify issues and apply necessary corrective action or ensure incident and change tickets are assigned to the correct resolver group. * _Ammenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)_ * _Ammenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)_ * _Ammenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (morning/mid shift; but flexible depending on business need)_ **Required Qualifications:** * Education: 1-year completed in a bachelor’s program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply * Experience: At least 1 year of tenure in their current position for internal candidates. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
