The successful **Associate****Software Systems Engineer** will join the Boeing Poland Software Engineering team – an innovative, multi-disciplinary team of engineers designing, developing, testing and delivering embedded avionics software systems for commercial aircraft. **Hiring details:** * This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll. * This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work **onsite at Gdańsk, Rzeszów, or Warsaw office**. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. **Position Responsibilities:** * Contribute to system-level architecture and requirements management process * Translate system-level requirements, use cases and models into software requirements and design * Contribute to design, development, verification and maintenance of software components and integrations for system-level solutions * Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with requirements, standards and best practices * Contribute to the development, review and maintenance of software certification artifacts * Identify risks, reliability and safety issues and contribute to system-level architecture and requirements management process * T
