Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science, Experience in developing safety-critical software (entire lifecycle), Ability to translate system requirements into software requirements and maintain traceability, Coding and code-review experience (C, C++, embedded), Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, Experience working collaboratively with systems engineers, stakeholders and suppliers, 2+ years of professional experience

Experience with industry-specific standards for development and certification relevant to the role (E. g. ARP4754 B, DO-178C), Demonstrated design and system thinking skills, Interest in Model-Based Systems Engineering, Collaborating on international projects, Technical degree in a related field of study (e. g. We have set our sights high – to design, develop, and manufacture the most technically advanced and reliable avionic components in the world. We are innovating and developing new products to address the future of the urban air mobility as well as our next generation of commercial, tactical, and trainer aircraft markets. The successful **Associate****Software Systems Engineer** will join the Boeing Poland Software Engineering team – an innovative, multi-disciplinary team of engineers designing, developing, testing and delivering embedded avionics software systems for commercial aircraft. **Hiring details:** * This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll. * This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work **onsite at Gdańsk, Rzeszów, or Warsaw office**.
