Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field, 1+ year of professional work experience in AI/ML, backend, or data engineering, fundamentals in Python, SQL, OOP, DSA, and databases, Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases
Nice to Have
Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Git, Docker, or cloud platforms is a plus

Devsinc is looking to hire a motivated **Associate Software Engineer – Data+AI** with strong fundamentals in programming, AI/ML, and data systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want to build production-grade AI applications, backend services, and scalable data pipelines. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in building and deploying AI/ML models, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions. * Support development of **RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search** , and AI inference systems. * Build and maintain **Python-based APIs, backend services, and microservices**. * Assist in developing **ETL/ELT pipelines** and data transformation workflows. * Work with databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines under senior mentorship. * Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI,** or a related field. * **1+ year** of professional work experience in AI/ML, backend, or data engineering. * Strong fundamentals in **Python, SQL, OOP, DSA, and databases**. * Basic knowledge of **Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases**. * Exposure to **PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Git, Docker, or cloud platforms** is a plus. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and learning mindset.
