Headquartered in San Mateo, CA, we maintain a global presence across APAC, Central and South America, and EMEA. About the Role As an Associate Livesite Engineer, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of our live production environment. Working alongside a global team, you'll learn to monitor, maintain, and support the systems that keep our platform reliable for customers around the world. This is a growth-oriented role: you'll develop incident response, release management, and platform engineering skills while contributing to the day-to-day health of production. The role is based in Brisbane and can be fully remote or hybrid. You'll work primarily within AEST business hours, with some structured overlap with our India and US-based teams. What You'll Be Doing Monitor the live production environment to identify potential issues or anomalies. Respond to system alerts and incidents, escalating and taking action under the guidance of senior engineers. Follow established runbooks and incident response playbooks; flag gaps or inconsistencies to senior engineers. Support release management activities — learning our change and deployment processes, including how we manage change tickets through the SCOPE process. Assist with incident communications, providing updates to stakeholders as directed. Participate in post-mortems as a contributor — document your timeline observations and help track action items to closure.
