## Job Title: Associate – SEO Service **GCL:C2** ## **Introduction to role** As an Associate – SEO Service, you will implement and optimise SEO factors across our brand websites to support high-impact digital campaigns. Working at the intersection of data, content and technology, this role turns insight into action, driving organic visibility and engagement that ultimately supports better outcomes for patients. This position offers the chance to experiment, learn fast and see the impact of your work at scale. ## Accountabilities Lead and execute keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and BrightEdge to inform content and optimisation strategies. Apply strong Google Tag Manager expertise to ensure accurate tracking, tagging and measurement across our digital properties. Monitor, analyse and improve on-page and technical SEO elements, including site structure, metadata, internal linking and page performance. Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps, UX issues and design improvements that can enhance organic performance. Track and interpret key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and engagement (including time on page), turning data into clear recommendations. Prepare and present regular performance reports against SEO goals and benchmarks, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities. Use website crawling and audit tools to identify technical issues and drive remediation plans with relevant stakeholders. Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, organic SEO trends and automation opportunities, translating them into practical actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO best practices into content creation, campaign planning and digital experiences.
