What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 - 3 years of experience in information security, 2 - 3 years of experience in network operations or engineering or system administration, Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related, Ability to speak and write in English & Arabic is mandatory

Nice to Have

Emirati candidates with family book will be preferred, CCNA, CISSP, GCA, GCIA, GCIH, CEH certification would be preferable

What You'll Do.

Monitor security technologies and events

Detect IT security incidents

and assist remediation of incidents

Correlate and analyse events using SIEM

Conduct analysis of log files

Perform forensic analysis of system resource access

Review customer reports for quality

Respond to requests for technical assistance

Document actions in cases

Resolve problems independently

Understand escalation procedure

Maintain awareness of current threat landscape

Participate in knowledge sharing

Write technical articles for Knowledge Bases

Perform other essential duties

Work in rotating shifts within 24/7 environment
