Must Have
Degree Level, track record of working on securitisation transactions in EMEA in a structuring / execution capacity, Experience of securitisation, structured finance or working capital finance, in either a bank, rating agency or advisor capacity, Complex problem-solving skills, Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, Interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment, Excellent knowledge and skill working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excellent knowledge and skill working with Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
Legal background desirable, Accounting background desirable, Credit background desirable, Fluency in any European languages desirable
What You'll Do.
Support origination and execution of securitisation transactions
Support development of public ABS franchise
Support execution of private placement and public Esoteric ABS transactions
Support senior originators in origination of ABS transactions
Analyse and produce structural risk memoranda
Review legal documentation
Perform cash flow modelling
Undertake due diligence on transactions
Manage client relationships
Lead or support deal closing processes
Respond to routine queries
Maintain and develop knowledge base of regulatory issues
Build relationships throughout MUFG
