What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree-level education (or equivalent work experience), Solid demonstrable experience working on securitisation transactions within EMEA in either a structuring or execution capacity
Nice to Have
Background in securitisation, structured finance or working capital finance acquired from positions at banks, rating agencies or advisory firms, Legal, accounting or credit experience, Fluency in any European language
What You'll Do.
Support origination and execution of securitised products
Execute securitisation transaction renewals
Contribute to origination and execution of securitised products
Participate in execution of securitisation and receivables financing products
Analyse structural risk memoranda and reports
Review legal documentation
Perform cash flow modelling
Conduct due diligence on transactions
Manage client relationships
Lead or support deal closing processes
Liaise directly with clients
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory issues
Cultivate relationships across departments
Support senior originators in advancing public ABS franchise
