If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development. ## Job Summary: Perform routine biological sample preparation to support downstream analysis, including preparing solutions and reagents and troubleshooting routine experiments. Document work in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. ## What You'll Be Doing: * Execute routine techniques to prepare biological samples for subsequent analysis * Perform routine sample preparation activities such as extractions from biological matrices, tissue preparation, and purification * Perform and document testing in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines * Make and record observations, perform calculations, and collect and prepare data for evaluation * Identify and document potential performance errors or unusual results and escalate to senior lab personnel * Assist with maintaining laboratory equipment, inventory, and lab housekeeping consistent with 6S standards * Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional stakeholders and document project work per IQVIA Laboratories processes ## What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences discipline required or High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required * 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment. * Proficiency with pipetting techniques and routine laboratory calculations regarding batches and specimens * Experience with extractions from biological matrices, tissue preparation, purification, and/or automated instrumentation * Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree ## The Knowledge, Skill
