BS in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology, 2 years relevant industry experience, MS with 1 year relevant industry experience, Experience with diverse protein targets, Experience with bacterial and eukaryotic recombinant proteins, Experience with small/large subunit vaccine antigens, Experience with fusion proteins, Experience with multimeric complexes, Experience with glycoproteins, Experience with VLPs, Demonstrated success with alternative capture/polishing methods, Demonstrated success with orthogonal cleaning strategies
Nice to Have
DoE experience for multimodal optimization, Experience with Cell-free protein synthesis system, Familiarity with automation or high throughput workflows, Familiarity with UNICORN/AKTA software DoE integrations, Experience in process development
What You'll Do.
Purify diverse vaccine antigens
Execute AKTA FPLC chromatography techniques
Design chromatography trains
Reduce host cell protein
Use complementary modalities
Perform membrane chromatography
Perform polishing/scavenging step
Keep accurate records
Record development experiments
Record project activities
Use electronic laboratory notebook
Present data from experiments
Contribute to technical discussions
Work within a team environment
Provide support to team initiatives
