Full Job Description

If that gets you excited too, then maybe working as an Associate Scientist at KCAS Bio is the role for you. ## In this role, we will rely on you to Execute assigned study activities including sample preparation, reagent preparation, and assay execution with moderate supervision Support method development, qualification, and validation activities and begin contributing to assay optimization Perform data processing and prepare data summaries for review by senior scientists Troubleshoot routine assay or instrumentation issues and escalate more complex challenges appropriately Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with study protocols, SOPs & GLP regulatory requirements Ensure proper sample identification, handling, and tracking in accordance with GLP standards Communicate study progress, risks, and timelines to senior staff Provide informal support and guidance to junior staff as needed Perform all aspects of the job in a way that supports company brand and supports company mission, vision, and values ## To qualify specifically for this role, you will have Bachelor’s or master’s in biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in a bioanalytical laboratory environment Hands-on experience working in a GLP-regulated laboratory environment (required) Experience with ligand binding assays (LBA) such as ELISA, MSD, or similar immunoassay platforms Working knowledge of assay workflows including sample preparation, reagent handling, and plate-based assays Basic understanding of assay performance characteristics (precision, accuracy, sensitivity, selectivity) Strong attention to detail and ability to work within SOP-driven and regulated environments ## Additional Information (Please note this is a representative summary of respons
