What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Accounting Degree, CPA designation or working to obtain CPA, Prior accounting experience, Proven understanding of transactional accounting and entries, Ability to draft GAAP-based financial, Proficient in accounting/tax software, Experience performing tax research, Preparing state income tax returns for pass-through and corporate, Ability to provide technical advice on multi-state tax, Knowledge of relevant state tax, Ability to self-manage and prioritize assignments and client, Work ethic, Positive, collaborative, Self-motivated, Effective verbal and written communication, Availability to work in the office at least 3 days per week
