Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment, written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering effective messaging, Experience in price negotiations and an understanding of a profit-driven culture, Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, Capability to work constructively under pressure and meet deadlines, Friendly and courteous demeanor when responding to incoming calls and greeting partners, Willingness to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed, Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processors, and databases, Maintain a positive outlook in the face of challenges, including criticism or rejection, Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion, Basic clerical and data entry skills, Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Current affiliation within a sales organization is preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in a business or IT discipline is preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
What You'll Do.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails
Provide quotes and process orders for products and services
Meet daily and quarterly sales targets
Accurately enter orders and track their status
Maintain clear communication with customers
Enhance the customer experience
Manage resolution of routine
Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing
Attend TD SYNNEX and vendor partner training sessions
Participate in vendor and customer engagement activities
Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in all interactions
Meet attendance and punctuality standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
