Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, 0-2 years demonstrated successful sales experience, Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other surgical personnel, Experience in building and maintaining relationships, Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments, Must be able to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access, Reliable transportation

What You'll Do.
Exceed sales quota within assigned territory
Deliver Acumed product on time
Provide high quality technical assistance in the OR
Assess customer base to identify new business opportunities
Execute a targeted sales strategy
Follow up on all leads appropriately
Execute business plans to identify and close new business
Identify needs of new prospects
Develop/deliver appropriate responses to meet or exceed needs
Perform field sales calls for assigned accounts
Provide accounts with excellent post-sale follow up
Communicate with current and new customer accounts
Cross-sell additional products
Introduce new products to accounts
Drive customer satisfaction
Solve customer problems
Maintain customer records
Drive compliance and principles of responsibility
Obtain training in sales skills and product knowledge
Gain current knowledge on medical device industry
Attend tradeshows and sales meetings
