Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, 0-2 years demonstrated successful sales experience, Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other surgical personnel, Experience in building and maintaining relationships, Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments, Must be able to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access, Reliable transportation

What You'll Do.
Exceed sales quota within assigned territory
Deliver Acumed product on time
Provide technical assistance in the OR
Assess customer base for new opportunities
Execute targeted sales strategy
Execute business plans to identify and close new business
Identify prospect needs and develop responses
Perform field sales calls
Provide post-sale follow up
Communicate product updates and changes
Cross-sell additional products
Introduce new products
Drive customer satisfaction
Solve customer problems
Maintain customer records
Drive compliance with AdvaMed code of conduct
Obtain training in sales skills
Obtain training in product knowledge
Gain knowledge on medical device industry
Gain knowledge on Acumed customers
Gain knowledge on competitive trends
Participate in tradeshows
Participate in sales meetings
