What You'll Do.

Respond to incoming communications

queries and requests for sales operations and commissions related information and updates

Escalate more complex issues to appropriate contact

Support the Incentive Compensation team by gathering

scrubbing and organizing data

Administer monthly commissions process

Set up and deliver commission and bonus statements

respond to related questions and resolve standard issues

Full Job Description

## What You'll Do Respond to incoming communications, queries and requests for sales operations and commissions related information and updates. Escalate more complex issues to appropriate contact. Support the Incentive Compensation team by gathering, scrubbing and organizing data. Administer monthly commissions process. Set up and deliver commission and bonus statements, respond to related questions and resolve standard issues. Write, update and maintain team SOPs. Make suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies. Assist with the implementation of solutions that will leverage system capabilities to improve sales and commissions processes and productivity and HR data and programs. Assist with change management processes. Support communication efforts across relevant stakeholders. Deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support and maintenance and success tracking. Assist with the evaluation of business and technical requirements. Understand and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business stakeholders. Support the definition, development and analysis of KPIs.
