Must Have
equivalent experience, 2+ years of commercial banking experience, 2+ years working in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis, Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals, Ability to manage stress and competing priorities
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, 2+ years working in Commercial Middle Market Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis, 2+ years Commercial Middle Market Underwriting and Financial Analysis, Formal credit training

Support relationship team
Learn and master relationship banker skills
Deepen and expand skills in Credit
Deepen and expand skills in Relationship Management
Deepen and expand skills in Portfolio Management
Deepen and expand skills in Sales Management
Identify and respond to client requirements
Participate in due diligence meetings
Create proposals and pitch materials
Collect required items for loan approval
Upload financial information for loan approval
Prepare preflight materials
Participate in commercial loan requests
Complete Return on Equity (ROE) analysis
Collect and review financial statement spreads
Participate in credit processes
Resolve portfolio activities/issues
Ensure sound asset quality
Prepare Asset Quality Reports
Prepare new Risk Rating models
Assure accurate risk assessment
Participate in Annual Portfolio data integrity reviews
Validate credit quality
Validate integrity of credit process
Manage portfolio proactively
Collect financial information
Ensure loans/lines are renewed
Communicate changes in client structure
Remediate and manage internal risk findings
Participate in Know Your Customer activities
Review legal documentation
Ensure proper approvals for waivers
Ensure proper approvals for amendments
Ensure proper approvals for extensions
Perform system maintenance
Manage deteriorating credits
Manage problem situations
Manage client relationships
Serve as main point of contact
Handle documentation updates
Handle portfolio management activities
Develop business development strategy
Understand client's business/industry
Educate client on Key's capabilities
Educate client on product areas
Develop Center of Influence (COI) referral network
Improve functional/technical sales expertise
Improve technical credit expertise
Transfer knowledge to team partners
Act as first level sponsor for credit decisions
Develop proficiency in Sales Management tools
Gain expertise in KeyBank Support products
Promote KeyBank Support products
Promote Key Private Bank
Perform other duties as necessary
