What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience handling credit administrative, loan operations matters and/or documentation in a middle office banking environment, Degree in Business, Legal and/or Finance, Proficient in Excel, Proficient in MS Office
Nice to Have
Credit Documentation experience, KYC experience, Post-graduate qualifications, Professional qualifications such as FRM / MBA
What You'll Do.
Develop stakeholder management
Ensure completeness of KYC process
Collaborate with RMs and Product specialists
Support RMs and Product specialists
Liaise and collect documents
Arrange necessary approvals
Ensure facility documentation
Manage and monitor credit portfolio
Adhere to internal policies
Support internal and external audits
Support development of risk frameworks
Provide support to continuous improvement projects
Support division and department initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in partnership with offshore Business Units; Collaborate effectively with offshore Relationship Managers; Collaborate effectively with the Legal department; Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
