Must Have
Associate's Degree and 0–2 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 2–4 years of professional experience, Experience in a customer-facing, sales, recruiting, or high-volume environment, Ability to manage high call volume / outbound outreach activity, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, Experience in sales, business development, or account management, Exposure to healthcare staffing or travel nursing, Experience using an ATS or CRM system

This role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through placement. The Associate Recruiter partners closely with Account Managers to match qualified candidates to client needs while meeting activity, pipeline, and placement goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. ## **Location** Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) # **Key Responsibilities** ### **Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development** * Source and engage travel nurses (RNs, specialty nurses) through outbound calls, texting, email, and database activity * Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future travel assignments * Manage candidate activity and workflow using an applicant tracking system (ATS) ### **Candidate Qualification & Placement** * Conduct screening and qualification calls to assess licensure, clinical experience, availability, and assignment preferences * Match candidates to open travel assignmen
