Must Have
Associate's Degree and 0-2 years experience, High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years experience, Experience in customer-facing, sales, recruiting, or high-volume environment, Ability to manage high call volume / outbound outreach activity, Verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, Experience in sales, business development, or account management, Exposure to healthcare staffing or travel nursing, Experience using an ATS or CRM system
What You'll Do.
Source and engage travel nurses
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline
Manage candidate activity and workflow
Conduct screening and qualification calls
and assignment preferences
Match candidates to open travel assignments
Present qualified candidates to Account Managers
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates
Educate candidates on travel nursing assignments
Maintain consistent communication
Discuss and negotiate compensation and assignment details
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination
Meet or exceed recruiting activity metrics
Track and maintain accurate candidate data
