Must Have
Associate's Degree and 0–2 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 2–4 years of professional experience, Experience in a customer-facing, sales, recruiting, or high-volume environment, Ability to manage high call volume / outbound outreach activity, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, Experience in sales, business development, or account management, Exposure to healthcare staffing or travel nursing, Experience using an ATS or CRM system
What You'll Do.
Source and engage travel nurses
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline
Manage candidate activity and workflow
Conduct screening and qualification calls
Match candidates to open travel assignments
Present qualified candidates to Account Managers
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates
Educate candidates on travel nursing assignments
Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment and placement
Discuss and negotiate compensation and assignment details
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination throughout offer
Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting activity
Track and maintain accurate candidate data
