What You'll Do.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across multiple business functions

Build working relationships with hiring managers

Develop a clear understanding of hiring managers' needs

Keep hiring managers informed and engaged throughout the process

Use LinkedIn Recruiter

and Boolean search to identify and engage both active and passive candidates

Develop more advanced sourcing skills over time

Support more senior requisitions through sourcing

Manage every candidate interaction with professionalism and care

Own coordination for your candidates or others as needed

Contribute to projects and initiatives that could include tool implementation

or employer brand work

have a point of view on how to fix it

Be a contributing member of the TA team
