What You'll Do.
Coordinate and schedule all interview activity

Maintain accurate and timely ATS updates
Execute targeted sourcing campaigns
Audit job listings across internal and external job
Support talent pipeline maintenance
Assist with recruiting reporting and analytics

Full Job Description
**Associate Recruiter** **Location:** Remote (Philippines) **Work Schedule:** 9AM–5PM PST, Monday–Friday **Compensation:** up to $2,200/month The **Associate Recruiter** is responsible for creating the framework to track candidates selected to interview and to schedule their subsequent interviews while updating all parties involved. This position supports the growth of our Partner by ensuring the timely and effective follow-up on candidate administration, scheduling, sourcing, and systems administration. **Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field. * Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (e.g., Noon, HireEZ) * Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP * Candidate sourcing experience across a variety of roles * Understanding of employment law basics and EEO compliance * Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and/or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime, or similar) **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Excellent skills utilizing Google/Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools * Strong relationship-building skills * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities simultaneously * High level of urgency and responsiveness * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment **Non-Negotiables** * Demonstrated experience with AI tools and technologies * Systems-savvy with the ability to serve as a TA Systems Administrator * Located in Eastern Europe and willing to operate in a PST time zone * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English **Primary Responsibilities** * Coordinate and schedule all interview
