What You'll Do.
supporting Sales in the quoting process by creating and managing complex quotes
advising on complex quoting cases
accumulating and sharing expertise with internal teams and external teams on demand
Perform quoting process for all complex use cases within the established process
Coordinate with teams involved in complex quoting cases: sales
Ensure proactive engagement from Sales to have all the relevant details for proper quoting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current quoting policy
licensing and pricing
processes and products
Act as a knowledge center for internal and external teams on quoting process and policies
Propose operations processes improvements that streamline quoting process and policy to improve internal collaboration and customer experience
Work with management to ensure operational processes & procedures are unified across regional teams to avoid confusion amongst the teams about role responsibilities and execution
Other duties as assigned
