Must Have
2+ years of related work experience using of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints, Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel), passing a documented color and near vision exam, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 15 is required
Nice to Have
Previous aerospace inspection experience, Knowledge of AS9100 requirements, Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
What You'll Do.
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
Provides objective evidence of results
Segregates and controls non-conforming items
Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
inspects incoming parts/material
outgoing orders verify that certification is correct
checks parts for processing
checks special orders
daily use of micrometers
Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL
Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects
Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality
Disposition and control of on-conforming products
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team; communicate with vendor as needed
