What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial, Approximately 1 year of experience in quality engineering, preferably within semiconductor, aerospace, or other high-tech manufacturing environments, Hands-on experience using Lean tools and basic project planning methodologies, Exposure to SPC, sampling plans, control plan development, PFMEA, root cause analysis, capability studies, and corrective and preventive action activities
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Quality Assurance
What You'll Do.
Support internal and customer complaint investigations
Assist with data collection
and root cause analysis
Contribute to clear and effective communication of findings
Support equipment qualification and process scale-up activities
Participate in process development initiatives
Participate early in new product development and new customer order activities
Ensure customer and product quality requirements are effectively translated into manufacturing operations
Proactively recommend and assist in implementing data-driven improvements to manufacturing processes
Focus on reducing scrap
and enhancing production efficiency
