Associate Quality Engineer **Company:** Boeing Distribution, Inc. **Boeing Global Services (BGS**),**Distribution Business,** is looking for an**Associate Quality Engineer** to join our team in**O Fallon, MO.** **Position Responsibilities:** * Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status. * Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization. * Leads technical calls with suppliers * Works in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer process * Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization. * Works to address non-conforming events * Works with customers on RMA products and submits documents for MRB approval. * Writes quality plans for customer products. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or related field of study * 2 - 4 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience * 1+ years of experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA) * Intermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel) **This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
