What You'll Do.
Manage and develop a portfolio of endocrinology and metabolism journals in line with business strategy
Act as the main point of contact for Editors-in-Chief
Editorial Board Members
building and lasting relationships
Identify and implement strategies to increase submissions
Work closely with editorial
and operational teams to support journal success
Organise Editorial Board meetings
and support editors with publishing matters
Track journal performance
and open access development to optimise workflows and growth
Support marketing activities such as blogs
Ensure accurate data management
and support ethical publishing in line with COPE guidelines
Attend conferences and represent Springer Nature externally when required
