**Job Summary:** Assists in managing the scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance of multiple capital projects and programs. Working closely with project managers, this role monitors progress, coordinates resources, supports risk and issue resolution, and helps ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while serving as a liaison across teams and stakeholders. **Job Description:** * Supports end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring to ensure on‑time and accurate delivery. * Maintains tracking of project progress, budgets, forecasts, and documentation with guidance and support from the Project Manager or manager. * Identifies project risks, supports mitigation planning, and assists in resolving execution‑phase issues and conflicts. * Supports inspection, assurance, and quality‑control processes by organizing documentation, verifying compliance with safety and quality standards, and escalating concerns when necessary. * Coordinates day‑to‑day communication with contractors, suppliers, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to maintain alignment and streamline workflows. * Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, milestones, KPIs, reports, and compliance records * Assists with procurement by preparing purchase requests, tracking material and equipment needs, and ensuring timely availability of required resources. * Participates in project and kickoff meetings, documents action items, gathers data, and prepares reports and presentations for stakeholder alignment. * Facilitates clear and continuous communication across project stakeholders to support effective problem resolution. * Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. * Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. *
