Must Have
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in engineering projects, Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
Nice to Have
Master's Degree is a plus, Hands-on experience in project management, Hands-on experience in power industry, Specialized knowledge in Transformers, Specialized knowledge in electrical equipment, Project Management Certificate is an advantage, Experience in dealing with cultural diversity

Ensure customer satisfaction

Control project costs

Perform contract review
Conduct project kick-off meeting
Execute orders based on contractual requirements
Attend customer meetings
Agree on project matters
Manage technical drawings
Ensure timely submission of drawings
Ensure timely approval of drawings
Manage project orders
Manage project scheduling
Track project progress
Coordinate project shipment
Coordinate project invoicing
Act as primary customer contact
Support technical coordination with customers
Support commercial coordination with customers
Support technical coordination with departments
Support commercial coordination with departments
Control invoice process
Ensure positive cash flow
Review cost situation

Manage corrective action costs
