This includes processing leads, facilitating projects, and developing budgets. The Associate Project Manager will coordinate with field sales to create a sales strategy, and prepare project proposals. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time) Collaborate with Simpson sales force to manage specific projects. Package and price material lists. (45%) Review plans and issue budgetary numbers for a project. Evaluate and analyze competitive situations. (20%) Facilitate take-offs with the Engineering Services Department. (15%) Stage, ship and invoice projects as well as issue and respond to RFI’s and questions from the jobsite. (15%) Travel to various meetings and customer jobsites for sales presentations and preconstruction issues. (5%) **DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes.
