7+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry with Access management or clinical study management, project management and Medical Operations Activities, Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)

Process all the received MAP requests
Store and manage documentation
Supporting internal audits
Supporting queries related to MAP requests
Support Global MAP team in projects execution
Comply with all quality practices
Support MAP requests go through MRPTC processes
Upload and organize all relevant documentation
Process Pre-Registration Import License
Adherence to all the TAT & Quality check procedures
Support in establishing a new process
Supports affiliates for MAP requests management process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Primary point of contact for local medical teams globally; Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from Global & Local medical teams; Participate in cross-functional Global MAP meetings; Assist medical teams to liaise with Global and/or MRP-TC secretary; Partnering with Medical, Legal and Compliance teams

Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally_ **Main responsibilities:** _The Managed Access Program (MAP) Associate Project Manager’s primary role is to identify the “Managed Access” requests belonging to Sanofi or Affiliate from the Sanofi or Affiliate Portal and to maintain the tracking of these requests through the review process and until the decision is communicated to the requesting physician. The position reports to the in coordination with the M &OE operations and Governance Lead.
