What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 + years of experience in Managing global Medical programs like Access programs, Relevant Quality Assurance experience in Medical operations, Basic MS Office skills, Smartsheet, QualiPSO, Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
What You'll Do.
Improve Governance standards for medical programs
Act as subject matter expert for medical programs
Support Medical Operations and efficiency team
Support in identifying potential areas to harmonize
Support in managing medical risks
Support in coordinating the preparation of PV reports
Support MAP Access and Supply operations
Create or develop periodic systematic quality process
Monitor internal controls to measure compliance
Identify and escalates quality and compliance risks
Support the countries audits and inspections
Works on CAPA resolution following audit
Identify and manage deviations pertaining to medical programs
Act as back-up coordinator for access and supply
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Maintain effective relationships; Work closely with Medical programs Governance; Collaborate with country medical teams; Collaborate with country supply chain; Collaborate with Global access teams; Collaborate with ESR governance lead; Collaborate with CMO governance teams; Collaborate with Business quality; Serve as primary contact for medical programs governance & compliance
Communication Scope
Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
Process & Methodology
Managing global Medical programs, Managing the governance requirements across medical programs, Manage the compliance during policy change, Manage compliance during regulatory changes
